SeaPort-e

(SeaPort Enhanced) is intended to automate business processes and reduce costs. Under the SeaPort-e multiple award contract, the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) introduces electronic procurement of Engineering, Technical and Programmatic support services for NAVSEA Warfare Centers, Program Executive Offices, and Directorates. NAVSEA has initiated SeaPort-e in part to apply electronic business techniques to improve the efficiency and procurement of professional support services.

Structures, Materials, Aerodynamics, Aerothermodynamics, and Acoustics Research and Technology (SMAAART)

This contract is for Structures, Materials, Aerodynamics, Aerothermodynamics, and Acoustics Research and Technology for aerospace vehicles. Under this vehicle Spiral furnishes all personnel, facilities, equipment, material, supplies, and services, except as may be expressly set forth in a Contract task orders as Government furnished, and otherwise do all things necessary to, or incident to, perform and provide the work efforts within scope. Spiral performs task orders that are issued by the Langley Research Center Contracting Officer. This contract may be used to support all NASA Centers that require work within the scope of the SMAAART effort. image


AMCOM EXPRESS:

Army Material Command (Expedited Professional & Engineering Support Services) EXPRESS is a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) program based upon the use of GSA Federal Supply Schedules for acquiring advisory and assistance services (including all supervision, labor, incidental materials, and travel). These services may take the form of information, advice, opinions, alternatives, analyses, evaluations, recommendations, training, and technical and management support. Under the AMCOM EXPRESS Technical Domain, Spiral is a subcontractor to SAIC, and in 2009 joined with Systems Studies, and Simulations, Inc. (S3), filling a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) void on their team. image
