This is an entry-level engineering technician position.

Perform configuration/operations of Electronic Warfare (EW)-related threat stimulators in support of EW ground test operations within the Benefield Anechoic Facility (BAF). This is a hands-on, operations staff position. The incumbent will be responsible for developing EW-related operational test skills while participating with other technicians and operations personnel in test concept development, stimulator systems interface design/reconfiguration, BAF test operations and program execution.

Associate Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience. Requires basic understanding of Radio Frequency (RF) Systems, and RF Measurement Techniques, EW/Avionics Systems, and/or Test and Evaluation of Avionics Systems. Background including electronics or avionics repair/operation. Current skills/experience with commercial test equipment used in repair/analysis of RF subsystems, such as Spectrum Analyzers, Frequency Counters, Power Meters, Vector Network Analyzers, etc. The ideal candidate will have the education and experience as identified above with operational military background and experience. Ability to operate as a member of a team in a fluid technical operations environment is a must. Qualified candidates must be able to obtain and hold a DoD security clearance.
