We are seeking a Computer/Systems Analyst to help build and maintain .NET desktop applications that support day-to-day operations at the Benefield Anechoic Facility, located at Edwards Air Force Base. This position is well suited for recent graduates or early-career developers who enjoy learning new technologies, solving practical problems, and contributing to an established engineering team.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with C Sharp (C#) and familiarity with .NET.
Exposure to Windows Presentation Foundation / Extensible Application Markup Language (WPF/XAML) (coursework or projects acceptable).
Basic understanding of Structured Query Language (SQL) Server (queries, tables, relationships).
Strong written communication and willingness to learn.
Ability to obtain and hold a TOP SECRET security clearance.

Objectives:
Assist with implementing features in C#/.NET.
Help build and update WPF user interfaces using XAML.
Write straightforward, readable code following basic object-oriented principles.
Learn and apply asynchronous programming patterns (async/await) with guidance.
Write simple SQL Server queries and update existing stored procedures with supervision.
Support basic data import tasks and processing of Comma-Separated Values (CSV) or structured data.
Contribute to basic unit tests and participate in guided integration testing.
Help identify and resolve issues in User Interface (UI) bindings, data flow, or SQL logic.
Assist in maintaining solution structure and resolving common build issues.
Prepare clear notes, simple technical documentation, and status updates.
Collaborate with senior engineers, project leads, and end users to understand requirements.
Learn fundamentals of RF waveform generation
Assist with calibration of RF generating equipment
Assist with development, planning, and execution of intricate signals - based scenarios designed to test Electronic Warfare systems on multiple aircraft platforms within an anechoic chamber using the Combat Electromagnetic Environment Simulator (CEESIM) radar simulator
Assist with tasks in support of daily operations within the Benefield Anechoic Facility
Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) equivalent
Desired Qualifications:
Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) field.
Familiarity with Model-View-ViewModel (MVVM) concepts or desktop UI patterns.
Familiarity with Electronic Intelligence / Signals Intelligence (ELINT/SIGINT) collection, analysis, or simulationt
Exposure to dependency injection, logging, or modular application design.
Basic understanding of Extract, Transform, Load (ETL/data) processing workflows.
Awareness of software architecture fundamentals or multi-project solutions.
Interest in User Interface/User Experience (UI/UX) topics (styling, templates, controls).
Exposure to Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (or Deployment) (CI/CD) tools or package management
Experience with instrumentation, data acquisition, or similar technical environments.
Must be a U.S. citizen or Naturalized citizen of the United States and hold or be able to obtain a
security clearance. Must pass a background check and drug test.
