The OTIS Control Software is designed to

telemetry acquisition equipment. OTIS Control currently supports a
broad spectrum of telemetry receivers and combiners, data recorders,
antenna controllers, multiplexing devices, and miscellaneous test
equipment.
OTIS Display
The OTIS Display Software is menu driven
with built-in functions to allow the user to load, edit, create, and
delete various displays. OTIS Display will allow the user to store
definitions for separate windows into a one "display setup" file.
OTIS Display provides a user-friendly way to view data as it is being
received by a telemetry acquisition system in a familiar windows
environment.
